Spiral Sounds is a London-based vinyl record store built for people who listen with intention. We source, curate, and ship records that are worth owning — not just collecting.
Our StoryWhere it started
It started in a spare bedroom with a turntable, a crate of second-hand jazz records, and a stubborn belief that digital streaming would never replace the ritual of putting on a record.
We opened our doors in 2019 with a handpicked catalogue of 200 records. Today we carry thousands — but we still approach every new addition the same way: would we want this in our own collection?
What we care about
Curation over quantity
We don't list everything we can find. We list what we'd genuinely recommend to a friend who trusts our taste.
Honest condition grading
We grade every record ourselves. If it's not near-mint we say so — and price it accordingly. No surprises.
Careful packaging
Every order is packed with record mailers and corner protectors. We've shipped tens of thousands of records without a single cracked sleeve complaint.
Built on recommendations
The majority of our new customers come from word of mouth. We'd rather earn your trust than advertise our way into it.
