Browse the collection, add records to your cart, then proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. You'll need to create an account to complete a purchase — this lets you track your order history.
Absolutely. We source records on request. Email us with the artist, album title, and any pressing preferences and we'll do our best to track it down. No fees for looking — we'll quote you before committing to anything.
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. We never see or store your card details — they go directly to Stripe's encrypted servers.
Shipping
Australian orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders take 10–21 business days depending on your country. We dispatch all orders within one business day of payment clearing.
Yes — free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $75. International orders are charged at cost based on weight and destination. You'll see the exact shipping fee at checkout before confirming your order.
Every record ships in a purpose-built cardboard record mailer with corner protectors and a stiffener board. We've shipped tens of thousands of records and take packaging seriously — we've never had a cracked sleeve complaint.
Record condition
We use the Goldmine grading standard: Mint (M), Near Mint (NM), Very Good Plus (VG+), Very Good (VG), and Good (G). Every record is graded by hand before listing. If there are any surface marks or sleeve wear worth knowing about, we note them in the listing description.
Both. We carry new sealed pressings, new open copies, and a curated selection of used records in excellent condition. The listing will always make clear whether a record is new or used, and the condition grade applies to both the vinyl and the sleeve.
Returns & problems
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer. We cover return postage for damaged items.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unopened records in original condition. Used records are sold as described — if you have a concern about a listing's accuracy, contact us and we'll sort it out. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
